For the finissage of Fruits of Labour, the artist Simon Boudvin will put his work MOTEUR 02 (Cirey-les-Pontaillers) in motion.

Boudvin looked into the 1920s Bernard engines, the first engines to be used by French farmers. Before cranking up this 100-year-old machine, the artist will detail how he got in touch with a community of fervent collectors to acquire the D1 model (the very first Bernard engine), restoring it with the help of a retired mechanic and turning it into a gleaming sculpture.
